Sleeping!

Nora's favorite way of sleeping! How funny! She is 6 months old now and about 52 pounds. Sunday night she went swimming for the first time on her own! She swam in the ocean at Webb Park. We threw sticks out as far as we could and Nora still went out and got them. We were so happy she is turning out to be a real dog and not a spoiled baby. :)

Nora at the Newport Cliff Walk

Steve and I took Nora to Newport to enjoy the good weather on Labor Day weekend. She loved the Cliffwalk with all the people to stop and say hi to. However, the best part was finding the dog beach! She played with other goldens, labs, and even made best friends with a 3 month old Boxer pup.

Taking the Boat to Boston

Nora took the Harbor Express from Quincy to Long Wharf. She loved the view of the water from the boat. When we got to land we walked through Quincy Market, through the Commons, and down Newbury to Bolocco for lunch. We took the boat back home. This time Nora just passed out and slept the whole ride home.

Nora at Bare Cove Park

Nora likes to go to Bare Cove Park in Hingham, where she can run around off the leash and make friends with other dogs. Bare Cove has areas where she can swim and get a cool drink of fresh water. When Nora went to the marsh at BCP, she went absolutely crazy! You can see her running around, all excited, in her video.

Nora Going For a Ride

Nora loves to go for a ride! She travels to Steve's work, the post office, the park, and anywhere else we might go. She always tags along! When she's in the car, she either has her head out the window and her arm slung over the side of the car, or she is fast asleep in the backseat.
